Foundation ProblemsFloodingTermites

Flooding Damage to New and Existing (Used) Homes.  When builders and developers locate your new home in areas that flood and they do not do anything or not enough to prevent flooding, they can be held responsible.

Sometimes, builders also have knowledge of drainage and flooding conditions and fail to prevent future flooding and fail to disclose the existence of the problem.
